PREP IT PRETTY
(if you have the time)

Place one soft flour tortilla down flat on your baking pan.
Use a spoon to spread EVOO across the surface of the soft flour tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded Mozarella Cheese over HALF the tortilla.
Grind Black Pepper over the cheese.
Sprinkle Oregano and Italian Seasoning over the cheese.
Sprinkle shredded Parmesan on top.
Hand-Shred about 6 Turkey Pepperoni (into 1/4s).
Sprinkle Pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
Add another layer of shredded Mozarella over the pepperoni.
Season & Spice to your taste. (Parmesan included)
Lightly drizzle with EVOO.
Fold the tortilla in half and flip it over carefully.
Bake at 425F until tortilla browns and cheese melts (roughly 4-8 minutes).
Remove Pizzadilla from the oven carefully, EVOO will drip out.
Hold the Pizzadilla at an angle, allowing it to drip.
Use this excess EVOO to coat the outside of your Pizzadilla.
EAT!

SO QUICK YOU'LL FACEPALM PREP
(for the kitchen ninja on the go)

Heat oven to 425F, Coat Soft Tortilla with EVOO, Shred Turkey Pepperoni and pour all ingredients (except the tortilla, of course) into a bag, seasoning as desired and shake. Mix it a little more by hand and generously spread over half the tortilla, folding the other half over, flipping it carefully, and popping it into the oven for 4-8 minutes until brown.  Remove from oven, hold on an angle and let the excess EVOO drip from one end before rubbing the outside of the tortilla in the EVOO and eating.  Messy hands, delicious meal.  Hooray!  EAT!
