After a week of being spoiled silly in southern Colorado by the expansive sky, majestic mountains, fantastic local food, and outrageously delicious coffee beverages, I felt my life lacking in the gritty Big Apple. The extraordinarily expensive food drink here pales in comparison to what the south west has to offer.
