“Yoga for all, we all are one!” is the motto I have for all my classes, so naturally when I heard about the launch of The Prajjali Project, I wanted to show my loving support. Can you imagine the opportunity to use one all-access pass to attend various types of yoga classes with a variety of teachers at all different studios across the country? Well, that’s their vision. Not only do they want their efforts to help yogis to try new things and expand their minds and practices, but they are a fundraising effort to offer veterans the healing benefits of yoga.

RECIPE: Grilling season is approaching (if it hasn't reached you already!) so let's kick it off right with a juicy-sweet treat that's quick, easy, and absolutely delicious... Cinnamon-Sugar Grilled Pineapple Spears. I've seen a few variations to the recipe, but the basics are always the same: three ingredients. Pineapple, Cinnamon, Sugar. Easy.
