ALL YOU NEED IS FRUIT...
Raspberries, Blueberries, Pomegranate Seeds, Peaches, Banana
All frozen at the peak of ripe perfection. NO ICE!

I chose Trader Joe's Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder.
It's my favorite and it's LACTOSE-FREE!
Throw all these bad boys in your blender (or magic bullet if you're me)
BLEND UNTIL NEARLY LIQUIFIED!
