Cinnamon-Sugar Grilled Pineapple Spears.  I've seen a few variations to the recipe, but the basics are always the same: three ingredients.  Pineapple, Cinnamon, Sugar.  Easy.  You can spice it up however you please (I included Cinnamon-Sugar) but the bottom line is simple.  Slice, Mix, Grill, Eat.  Read on to find out my personal recipe for a dessert that will wow you with flavor, fun, and simplicity.

BREW BLOG - Summer is always lovely, fun, and as light as the clothing we all begin to wear, but year after year I find myself falling for Fall.  I absolutely adore hoodies, for one thing, and what better time to sport my Orange Iguanas pull-over, jeans, and matching orange Chucks than in this cool-down and kick-around-leaves kind of weather!?  Add to that some fresh-picked homemade apple pie and a pint of some glorious seasonal craft brews and I'm in heaven.  With that being said, check out three (extremely different) beers I fell for this week!  They're a party for your palate!

RECIPE - Summer is coming to a close as school is revving up and free time is growing short.  So what better way to hang on to the last leg of warm weather, barbecues, and bike rides than with a quick and easy little summer-inspired treat?  That's right... Mini Mint Burgers!  There's no nuts, no meat, but yes, chocolate!  These creative little cookies are the perfect after dinner (or after real/veggie burger) snack for the whole family! ...and best of all?  No baking required!  Fun for all ages!

TOP 5 LOOSE LEAF TEAS - After having traveled far and near for thirteen months in search of the most healthy, flavorful, and original handmade tea combinations, I have collected my fair share of fantastic teas.  Based on the ones that I find myself craving and enjoying on a regular basis, I have managed to narrow down a list of five teas to recommend to you today.   Ranging from green to black and rooibos as well, I am quite confident that you will enjoy at least one (if not all!) of the teas on this list.

My journey from a two-pot a day coffee drinker to a seasoned tea taster (pinky up!) has been an interesting one to say the least for my body, mind, and taste palate... and I hope that as you begin (or continue) yours, that you will be blessed with equally sensational TEAdventures!  So now, my friends... LAKEWOOD, COLORADO - Choose from a list of 150 whole and loose leaf teas accompanied by some light affordable fare and marvelous munchies at downtown Lakewood's Belmar Tea Bar.  A relaxing environment with both indoor and outdoor seating, the vibe here is comfy casual.  A perk of Wystone's corner location, plenty of sunlight illuminates the orange, sage green, and cream decor, giving it a natural, organic, and delightfully friendly bistro feel.

BOULDER, COLORADO -  Founded in 1969, Celestial Seasonings has grown to be one of the largest specialty tea manufacturers in North America.  Originally picked in the Rocky Mountains, its all-natural ingredients are now harvested from 35 different countries around the world, ensuring that that the most authentic ingredients are used in their teas for a healthy, flavorful experience in each cup.  Last week, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit their facility in Colorado for a tour and tea tasting.
